Clinker pavers
Ceramic materials have been used for many centuries to pave roads and pavements. Remains of clinker were found during excavations in Mesopotamia and date back to about 5,000 years ago. Later they spread their distribution and use in India and Europe. Only a few decades ago, the industry was able to complement the aesthetic qualities with advanced technical characteristics, giving clinker pavers - high density, resistance, abrasiveness and low water absorption. Combined with their simple placement and minimal maintenance, this product is extremely useful. Clinker pavers provide beauty and durability, have multiple uses and easy laying. Certain criteria and requirements make clinker pavers more suitable, not only because of their natural colors that do not fade or change, regardless of weather conditions or use compared to other types of pavers, but also with the best argument that thanks to their properties age gracefully through their long lives. As a result of its enormous technical and aesthetic possibilities, clinker pavers transform any space, filling it with a characteristic pattern and natural, warm colors, for many, many years of use.
Clinker bricks
The production of bricks begins with an extrusion process: a mixture of different clays is fed into the extruder and a continuous clay bar with a constant cross-section is formed. Subsequently, this continuous rod will be cut into individual pieces of suitable thickness, which will be fired in a furnace at a temperature above 1200C. Through this type of process it is possible to produce bricks of various qualities, with CLINKER bricks being of the highest quality.
Clinker tiles
CLINKER TILES are suitable for any surface, but they are most commonly used as wall coverings. This product is characterized by the fact that it is 16 mm thick. and has all the mechanical properties of clinker. Due to the easy way of laying, clinker tiles are part of the interiors of many homes and public spaces, restaurants, clubs, shops, sports facilities. For years, they have been seen on ground floor facades, garages, subways, train stations, metro stations, and all kinds of spaces with intense human traffic. The reason is that clinker, as a material, has nothing to pollute. Even "graffiti" is easily removed with warm water and soap. Some of the strongest dyes - iodine, rivanol - do not leave a trace on the clinker, which makes it irreplaceable as a lining in an urban environment. The reason is the minimal hygroscopicity and high density acquired in the production process. The color range of clinker tiles is identical to that of clinker pavers and bricks, since the starting material is the same, the difference is in the matrix of the extruder that forms them.

Increased durability
Clinker is a hard material which cannot be easily destroyed or scratched. This means that it is highly wear resistant. This a very significant characteristic, especially for outdoor tiles intended for terraces where the risk of scratching is considerably higher than in traditional rooms.
Minimal maintenance
Low maintenance clinker bricks, pavers and tiles require minimal attention to keep them in good condition. No matter the tiles design, you should strive to find materials that will not be difficult to maintain. Since floors are prone to damage from stains, water, and dirt, you would want tiles that are easy to care for, even when you’re on a budget.
Non-slip properties
Clinker tiles also perform safety functions. Thanks to their high non-slip properties, they prevent possible falls or slips. A special product with increased non-slip properties are fluted treads which undergo additional treatment consisting in creating subtle (convex on concave) grooves thus making the treads even more slip-resistant.
Endless design possibilities
Natural esthetics and a wide selection of clinker products are huge advantages of this solution. The color of clinker depends on the raw materials it is made of as well as the print and glaze covering the tiles. Clinker products usually come in various shades of red and brown; however, there are other colors of clinker, such as grey, white, or black, available on the market.
Quality Materials
Clinker tiles have excellent functional qualities – they are not affected by disintegration, corrosion or fire and they can withstand temperature fluctuations. They are resistant to frost, sun and chemical impact. Contrary to many several other facade materials, clinker tiles are not susceptible to mould.
All Weather
All clinker products are resistant to unfavorable weather conditions. They are characterized by low absorbability (in the range between 0.5 – 3 %), which is why they are considered frost-resistant. Neither humidity nor severe temperature fluctuations affect them. What’s more, not even intensive sunlight can change their appearance.
